Chicken or the egg?

We are having a problem with our profiles using the Spectrocam and Profiler
Pro. Our yellows are coming out with cyan in them.

We have tried several times, and always get the same results.

Should we be looking at Profiler Pro, the Spectrocam, or our technique?

We are using Indelible inks on Epson Archival Matte paper, and in a Mac
environment.
