After having my DTP-41 upgraded to a DTP-41T, I'm having problems with

Resulting print is all washed out. Way too light.
How do I find the problem?
X-Rite of course says it's not them. The unit passes calibration.
How do I test the variables?

First thing would be to find a target that you'd measured with the
non-T version fairly recently. Measure it with the new instrument and
compare the measurements. If the new measurements are way lighter
than the old ones, you've found the problem. If they're not, you've
at least ruled out the DTP-41T...
