Jeff.
Jeff,
We had a very good experience with Epson and our 2000P (a desktop printer). When we had
problems, Epson worked with us, and even went so far as to replace our printer 2
different times, for 2 different problems.
And as far as inks go: Once we learned to 'fool' the chips in the carts, we got to run
them until we ran them dry. On the other hand, going to a continuous inking system is
always the way to go, even in small printers, if you are doing any volume at all.
