You're using the Eye-One Pro. What are using to make the profile? The
Eye-One Match software?
Couple of quick things (pardon me if they've already been mentioned, this is
the first I've seen this post):
Use an RGB testchart. You might want to make sure you have the latest
version of the Match software as it MIGHT support some of the newer RGB
testcharts that contain more patches.
From Photoshop 6-7, make sure you're printing the raw RGB values from the
chart. This usually means selecting "Same as Source" as your destination
profile.
You're Eye-One's probably fine as long as you're calibrating when asked to
by the software and it's not reporting any errors.
