Also, RI are not universally implemented the same way across all CMS.
Especially Perceptual which is loosely defined in the specs. Some CMS's
Perceptual Tags give better results than other CMS's RelCol Tags.
I use to think, at one time, that all RI were created equal across all CMS:
this is far from true.
