I think the two systems are equally good. BEST has the advantage over
BlackMagic of accepting plain PostScript files and turn them to halftone
dots. And until version 2.6 (I believe), BEST had all the extra fully
functionning linearization tools that BlackMagic lacked. Also, I think BEST
ScreenProof costs less. Both can be ran of a PC. BlackMagic support is out
of Australia while BEST support is out of the US (if you're in the US).
