Just a thought. Dot gain for CTP has to be looked at in either of two
workflows; 1) separations made for the specific platter, or 2) legacy and
outsourced separations with the destination press characteristics not
including the differential spread between the CTP and photo-mechanical
methods in which case transfer curves must be applied to the platter.
