I don't know how it works with CQ 4.x, but with CQ 5.x do the following:
Make a Preview, than make your scan-frame, now you hold down the Alt-Key and
make a double click into the picture. Now you see a Box "RAW" at the end of
the Dialog field "RGB Output Profile" witch you can select. That's how you
get a "RAW" scan with the 11000 an CQ.
