I told Acro5 to not color manage at all (again, in Advanced Print), and used
ColorWise on our ColorPASS Z5000 to render everything. It was fabu! On a
lark, again in Acrobat 5, I went into File>Print>Advanced, and then chose to
print ICC colors as device colors, checked the Apply working spaces check,
and picked the printer profile that I wanted to use. I then disabled
ColorWise in the PostScript stream. The document printed exactly as it had
before to the Z5000 (and I'm using canned profiles for this device!). Not to
belabor the whole point (again), but ColorWise rocks!
