IF I want someone to be able to use a Perceptual or Relative
Colorimetric intent with PMP 4.0 profiles, I must set the option to Paper
Gray, not Gray Axis. I'm wondering if anyone else (besides Ian) is seeing
this as well.

The more I check through the descriptions provided by Gretag in the on-line manual and Postscriptum and check the results of Preserve Grey against Paper Grey the more I am convinced that something has got switched in PM4 and Eye-One Match. Both produce the same results (i.e warm neutrals) on ALL types of media and both REQUIRE require the use of Relative Colorimetric to correct the problem. If PM4 is set for Paper grey the profiles work perfectly in both Perceptual and Relative Colorimetric. The difference between using Paper Grey and Preserve Grey is blatant. I no longer use Preserve Grey.
