Any user can put in requests for feature upgrades for any Adobe program by
posting to www.adobeforums.com, choosing the software package and platform,
and choosing the Request Features folder in the forum. I agree with Don's
reasoning that only those solutions which are most howled for and feasible
will get their attention, but it's a good place to talk directly to the
techs, even if it is a one-way conversation. Their user-to-user forums are
spotty, being unmoderated groups ("Help! I can't find the Print button!" can
be a common post), but there are a few people on there who've helped to save
my finely charred bacon on more than one occasion! A user log-in must be
created, but registration is free.
