Dear Valued Client,
Most of you know Keith Brodie from his technical support and on-site
training at ImageLink. Within the last 2 1/2 years you have probably
spoken with him on the phone or received on-site training or service
visits from him at your business location. He's been a valuable
member of our team since he began working here in the spring of 1999.
However, as of January 2002 Keith will no longer work directly at
ImageLink. I say 'directly' because although he will no longer work
in-house in his role with tech support and training, he will maintain
a direct relationship through ImageLink to you, our customer through
a series of new service plans designed specifically for ImageLink
clients with Macintosh computer systems. Detailed information on
these plans will come in the days to follow.
... In the meantime I'm glad to announce that Imagelink has brought
on board Chris Peaden to enhance our technical training and support
services. Some of you may recognize Chris' name from his previous job
as Technical Services Manager of Phase One for the past 3 years.
Chris is well versed in all
aspects of digital photography, in addition to having a strong
graphic arts and training development background. Chris will make a
solid addition to our team and allow us to offer more advanced
training services in the years ahead...
We here are very excited about the continued expansion and commitment
to our technical training and support services offered at ImageLink.
Chris can be reached directly through email at email@hidden, or
here at our office.
Please join me in welcoming him to the northeastern digital community.
We wish you all a prosperous and safe new year!
Warmest Regards,
--
