Hello everyone,
I see it is a Fuji test sheet - not Agfa.
I placed the calibration sheet into folder #5 on this server.

Pretty large file. Yes CMYK.
It could be converted back to RGB without to much change.
I tried this morning.
At least well enough to see the ballpark.
