I don't believe you'll be able to. You'll instead have to assign the
profile once opened into PS (hopefully v.6 ... let us know if you're using
v.5). I am assuming the profiling software put the profile in the proper
place (OS dependent). You'll scan your chromes exactly as scanned for
creating the profile ... open (or twain xfer) the file into PS, w/o any
conversions, and assign the profile. I believe this is the only way.
You might want to let us know exactly what Nikonscan settings were used
for creating the profile. And, I'd like to know what you'll be doing for
scanning negatives(?)
