There is no such tag in an ICC profile. Normal dot gain calculations are
done using density measurements, which are available from neither the
profile nor Photoshop.
However, I have used a method which I have posted to this list in the past
that computes colorimetric densities from Lab values. These densities will
provide a quite good dot gain estimate when used in a dot gain equation. I
have made this into a spreadsheet that does all the dirty work for you. It
