are you using OptiCal 3.5.0? we had these issues until we went to
3.5.1. [same with Photocal 2.5.0 pretty much].
Colorvison have apparently removed the 3.5.1 update from the site
though - I can't get any answer form ColorVision about that??
Anyone else seen these symptoms??
