Open Photoshop, and create the yellow swatches you like. Then open the info
pallette, and set the colorpicker to Lab. Now you can read lab values from
you CMYK wedge.
Just make sure to pick the right CMYK profile: You need one that reflects
the type of printing you would print the yellow swatches in. Different
profiles will yield different lab numbers...
