All true, though there is another solutions for some uses. Turning all the
color management in the Fiery RIP off (not trivial) will allow excellent RGB
profiles to be created for it; since it is in the end an RGB device. If all
you need is accurate inkjet color, not prepress proofing of PostScript jobs,
then this solution may suit you.
