Internet Explorer 4.5 or 5.0 on the Mac can use profiles (when the Use

Don't know of any Windows browsers that can do this. Is color important on

Color is important to only some of us ...<g>...
None of the browsers for Windows are color space savvy ... which is why
most "save for web" with the 'sRGB' color space. "Presumably", the Mac
browsers can see the correct colors when 'sRGB' is embedded, but many choose
to conserve/minimize the file size by not embedding the profile. I always
believed IE for the Mac should "assume sRGB" unless embedded.
