Good morning.
I am using:
BestColor Proof RIP 4.6 with an Epson 10000CF.
DTP 41 and PrintOpen 4.0 for Mac. The file there is no extension because
of this. If you wiil try to open in a PC version, please add the right
extension.
Paper very similar to Photo Quality by Epson (not glossy).
OBS: DTP 41 has no UV filter, because all information from X-Rite is
that there is no special requirements to read UV inks. The UV filter is
to others purposes.
I am having problems to create a new profile, because the software
shows "?" in a lot of samples.
At first PrintOpen didn't read the first sample of each row.
I fix it reading the same row in opposite order.
After this I exported in a text format and change the position of
readings manually.
After this all that PrintOpen shows is a lot of samples with Cyan,
White, Magenta and yellow.
I can't create a profile because the readings are not understood by
software.
Could some one give help about this?
Thanks for all.
