IMHO, the people at Onyx live in cloud-cuckoo land. The changes of
ownership (Oci by way of Gretag) have not brought about any change in
management or direction. We have had to make the rather absurd policy
decision not to buy any additional RGI (Oci) or other printing equipment
that is exclusively bundled with PosterShop (we have an RGI Arizona 180
and are very pleased with the hardware). Another $ 600,000 worth of
printers is being installed during the next two months, and an Arizona
500 had been a candidate for part of that investment.
Apparently, this is the price we pay for having made the mistake of
becoming professionals with long years of experience...
