Once again the Postershop interface gets us.
If you have to put the profiles in a specific place then there should
not be a browse option.
It's like the install option that lets you select a directory to put the
program in then makes the rip not work because the directory isn't named
correctly. If the directory needs a specific name, the installer should
flag this.
We use the profiles we make for different apps. We like to have them on
our server so they get backed up.
What's really annoying about this bug in Postershop is it's
inconsistent. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. With no
explanation in the manual that you have to put profiles anywhere much
time is wasted trying to figure this out.
Another problem:
Now when we use the Media manager in 5.6 and import an icc profile and
try to make it a default, we get a warning dialog that tells us there is
already a default by that name do we want to over-ride.
If we click yes, no profile is added. If we click no, we get the profile
set as the default.
What's odd is there is no profile used as a default with that name.
Anywhere.
I am very thankful for this list, without it I wouldn't be getting the
information I need to make this rip work.
