No disagreement cf the 'black and white in color' thread in the early
digests.
However, FOGRA is right that if you wish to measure offset sheets printed
both sides with the aim of using the ISO proofing strip (or other process
control tools), then black backing is needed.
Getting folks to verify proofs with measurements up front is something else
again. It helps with KeyWizard for Eye-One rather than just for Spectrolino.
Johan Leide started pushing while he was still at IFRA.
Some things take a lot of pushing.
