Depends on the size of the profile. If it's just the matrix sRGB then that's
about right. When saving in Photoshop as a jpg the icons are created for
both platforms thus the image size can grow considerably. Also to be noted
that the save to disc size reflects the volume structure settings MacOS or
Extended and Windows I think there is Fat32 or Ntfs(?) or something like
that which change of course the estimated file size compared to the volume
onto which the jpg's will be stored.
