The Photo Quality Paper you are trying to use is probably the culprit.
I have found that unless you are specifically using media that is coated for
the Archival ink and recommended for use with the 5500 the gamut will be
small and and there is nothing you can do about it. The Photo Quality
Inkjet Paper is a General Purpose media. I would strongly suggest, maybe
even demand, that your customer use Epson Professional Glossy Paper
(S041456). It is considerably more expensive but it works.
