I bought in Germany from the company QUATOGRAPHC a printer calibration tool
called "Color Right. Actually it is an OEM product of the X rite DTP 41
(without UV filter) and the GretagMacbeth Printer Profile Maker.
So I thought that this must be a good and secure choice. But when I received
the merchandise, I found out, that the spectrophotometer was used and the
ProfilMaker software was not the promised version 4, but 3.1.
I asked them, to take back the merchandise, and to refund the money. They
told me, that they can not pay me out, because they do not have the
necessary founds. Does someone know this company? I have the impression that
they play around with me. Or is it right, that they are in trouble? For sure
in this case I would prefer to keep what I bought.
