Is there any utilities, to your knowledge, designed to completely wipe out
any calibration present in the video LUT of a Macintosh?
I mean completely, thoroughly, eradicate any bit of intentional tampering by
human beings for the legitimate purpose of gamma or gray-balance
calibration.
What I am looking for is something that would do the reverse of Apple's free
"ProfileGammaTagger_PPC", that is take whathever is in the video LUT and
blow it off, pad it with zeroes, null values or whatever, so that Input RGB
really equal Output RGB.
Is there such a thing -- non-proprietary?
TIA,
Roger Breton
