Printed raw, very likely, but the profile will adjust for this, for a given
light color. It is not possible to adjust for it for more than one light
source color, which is why minimizing the effect with a long and wide black
is important.

No, Epson dye printers typically are used with a very short and narrow black,
to minimize graininess caused by visible black dots in the midtones.
