The Photodisc test chart is a digital shot picture that has clipped out
blacks. User beware. For example the Heidelberg IT8 L scale stops a few
wedges short of black, thus just use caution on the ultra dark areas IF your
media/printer could print these values.

Smells like conspiracy. As all of you, I too have printed quite a few trees
worth of charts enriching Epson each command print pressing. Could be
intentionally kept this way?
