It appears Photoshop 7's custom CMYK total ink limit setting is busted
for any value over 266%. If you specify an ink limit equal to or greater
than 266%, you will still only get 266% total ink. So specify 400% and
you get 266%. Specify 300% and you get 266%. Anything less than 266%
appears to be honored. So unless you're printing on something that needs
low ink limits, custom CMYK is pretty much useless.
