Yikes. This is second person who's asked me that.
Two things I "test":
* Throw it under a blacklight. If it "glows", then it's got UV brightners.
* Second, I measure with my Spectrolino. Papers with a "b" value greater
than -10 or so are probably OK. That is, a b value of around -5 is better
than -20 (lower INTEGER value is better).
Maybe not very scientific but it works for me.
