Terry,
It was my understanding that any paper that has a reflectance value above 92% had OBs in
them (but I could have that percentage wrong), and that in fact, almost all papers
contain them, at least any that are not all rag. And even many of those rag papers
contain contain OBs from their base source.
In checking at the B&H website, much to my surprise, the brightness rating of the semi
gloss paper was 93%, so others, more informed than I would have to comment. (Of course
the Epson site does not have the info).
BTW: Enhanced Matte (formerly Archival Matte) paper has a reflectance of 104%!
