B&H Photo lists the ColorVision Master Suite at $869, that includes
ProfilerPRO, DoctorPRO, OptiCAL, and the LCD/CRT Spyder. Add the spectro of
your choice; the one we've been discussing in the EyeOne, $1399 at
Grafixgear.com, so thats about $2268 total. Add a scanner profiling
standalone if you insist, and you're still ahead of the game.

I'm not saying both packages have certain qualities and advantages.
I *am* saying the both packages have certain qualities and advantages. The
EyeOne and ProfileMaker PRO is an excellent combination, but significantly
*more* expensive than the EyeOne Match bundle, not less... whenever someone
complains about the lack of features in the EyeOne Match software, the stock
answer is to suggest they upgrade to ProfilerMaker Pro; I'm pointing out that
one can get more features than the $3000 EyeOne Match bundle for *less* money
with other software choices, not more; which always seems to ruffle a few
feathers, or in this case perhaps "raise a few hackles" would be more
appropriate... <G>
