I didn't realize it would work with the Spectroscan as well as EyeOne.
The issue with the SpectrChart is how you configure where the Spectrolino
reads it's patches. Rather than dead center using the crosshair (as most
packages do, including ProfileMaker Pro), you have to use the outer area to
line up the outer portion of each patch. This is how ColorBlind works too. I
had issues with that package getting the tip of the Spectrolino sensor and
the patch to line up until Marc there explained it to me. So when I tested
ProfilerPro in the past, I wasn't getting the measured patch correctly. Once
I saw that the patches were not lining up correctly, I reset the Spectroscan
and I was able to read the ProfilerPro patches dead on. You might mention
this to Color Vision tech support. When I called last time, they didn't have
a clue and told me only Harry had actually used the product with this
instrument.
