Using Quark 4.1...Is it better to disable CMS in Quark and apply all the
profiling in Photoshop first? Or leave cms off and apply printer profile to
document when printing? Or just to go ahead and use built-in. There are so
many different opinions on Quark's cms abilities. I have had reasonable
results with generating profiles outputted from quark with cms off, then
using the former method. The only problem with this is it's only workable
when using a single printer. Also am tempted to configure so that profile is
applied at the RIP end, separate profiles (substrate and resolution) on each
queue.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!
Pete
