I usually don9t respond to cheap shots like the one David Tobie posted. If
he has technical issues with my book then he should do the stand up thing
and call me to discuss it like a professional.
To set the record straight, the side bar of this book is technically
accurate about .icc or icm extensions on profiles. They are required for
going cross platform. The book, targeted for novice and intermediate users
doesn9t go into the details that an expert like David Tobie expects.
