Sorry, sloppy writing. What I meant was that you cannot turn color
management off in these ACE 2 applications. If you don't explicitly
designate a display profile through the OS, a color space to render to is
assigned. If you don't designate a default RGB space, a default RGB space is
assigned. If you don't designate a default CMYK space, a default CMYK space
is assigned. The difference between the older and the newer approach is that
what gets assigned is explicitly assigned in the form of ICC profiles rather
than implicitly assigned the way it still is e.g. in Acrobat eBook Reader
and Acrobat Reader.
