I had the same problem, discovered that each CMM in photoshop
changes the CMYK white value by various ammounts. I now use Apple CMM which
gives me 0% in all channels. Heidelberg seemed to be the worst for me. If
anyone can explain why the CMM would change these values I would be
interested to hear.
