4 Color Grayscale & Outdoor

Hello all and thank you for your answers to this post as well as my previous posts.

I am preparing an image for outdoor. I got a great scan from my Nikon LS 8000 from a grayscale medium format negative. It is going to be a 4 color black image on the billboard. My scan is currently in Wide Gamut RGB. Which color space would be best suited for editing the image? How should I prepare the image for a 4-color black? I can think of so many roads to travel with this one...

I am targeting 20 ppi at final print size.

Gary
