Black'n'White for Newspaper

Hi

Here's a little odd question

I'm trying to correct an ICC profile for newspaper printing, using
ProfileMaker/Editor.
I would like to get the endpoints at 6% in highlights and 88% as max shadow.
Then I adjust the gradation curves, it looks okay in Profile Editor, but
then I do the conversion I Photoshop I get 0% I highlights and 100% in the
shadow.
The profile is going to be used in a automated workflow, that's why I don't
correct the RGB original.

Any help is much appreciated

Best Regards

Morten Svendsen
