Use "Group with Previous Layer". Hold down the Option key while choosing
your adjustment layer for the menu at the bottom of the Layers Palette, and
you'll get a dialog with this option. Or, if the adj.layer is already made,
option-click on the line between it and the layer below to group them. It
will then only effect the layer it's grouped with.
