Joe,
I have the same set up at work, but my AB switch is an external box. As long
as you are NOT monkeying with the Contrast/Brightness, Color Temp, or Gun
controls on the monitor between A and B, then you'll be fine. Each OS (or
application) will send the LUT to the video card and your display colors
will be managed. At least, that's how it works on my system, and I haven't
been bit yet.
The mantra, though, is: Never touch the monitor's controls (except the power
button of course) or you'll have to reprofile.
