More recent versions of Photoshop, when used with more recent versions of the
Mac OS, will correctly use both the video card corrections for each monitor,
and the profile for each, as long as you don't drag an image from one monitor
to the other, which will cause pixel-moving to transfer the colors for one
monitor to the other. Forcing a redraw (by windowshading the image closed and
open again, or some such action) will fix this. Other apps are less likely to
use both profiles.
