Profile white point problem

Hi all,
I've got a problem with a CMYK profile white point. Generating CMYK is
fine using this profile, it's the soft proofing that isn't working.
The profile has been defined with a colour in the highlight. Using ICC
tools, typing 0, 0, 0, 0 as the CMYK gives a Lab value of 98 0 3. I would
expect that using absolute colorimetric, but not relative colorimetric. This
means that previews in Photoshop have a yellow highlight, and also Image
previews in Xpress have yellow background. Very disconcerting for their
customers.
Our client is very happy with the CMYK generation, UCG/GCR, TAC etc so I
don't want to have to generate another profile for them. I would rather
change the white point entry of the input transform to give a Lab value of
100 0 0.
Does anyone know of an application which I can use to change the white
point? I've tried editing using Kodak Colorflow, but couldn't get the
correct result. The White Point Editor, that comes with the BEST RIP didn't
work either.
The filename of the profile is Offset360.icc, and the internal name is
Scanview Offset 360, in case anyone here is using similar profiles. I've had
a look at the scanview website, but there isn't anything that helps.
Any help greatly appreciated.
