In all fairness, it should be pointed out that the documentation that comes
with the Bestcolor RIPs is poorly organized and poorly written, which makes
it rather difficult to take advantage of many of these features. I have been
impressed with the technical support people at Bestcolor, but wish I didn't
need to call them so often.
