I have to disagree with you Michael. The manuals (I only know the German
ones) indeed *are* good for someone who wants to take the time to really
read it, especially beginners I think. What I'm missing are some short lists
on the steps for various procedures.
The logical structure is indeed at least somewhat confusing. And their
telephone and mail support is very good.
