Weird situation at one of my customers...
They have 2 Phaser 780 and 1 Phaser 2135.
When printing from Word to the 780 (any of them), colored text comes out
colored, but color images come out grayscale.
When printing the same Word docs to the 2135, it's the inverse: colored text
comes out black, while color images come out ok.
And now they've got some Acrobat files from the outside world, which look
nice on screen, but when printed the color photos come out grayscale.
Any ideas? No PhaserMatch is being used, by the way...
Thanks in advance,
