You might try using Solux bulbs in track lighting fixtures. They are
4700 K, 50 W, MR-16 bulbs with close to a D4700 spectral response.
Fluorescent lighting varies greatly in color temperature from bulb to
bulb (and also changes color temperature as the ambient temperature
changes) and also has a large spike of green.
