The delta-e numbers you get in a test like this depend very much on
the colors you choose to use for the test.
I can reliably get my Epson 2200 to be repeatable to 0.09 delta-e
after factoring in drydown/curing time (some if which is likely
instrument variation) if I choose the right *single* color.
So it really isn't worth pissing about delta-e numbers on
repeatability unless all the test conditions, and particularly the
target colors, are laid out in exhaustive detail.
It is, however, fair to say that the current generation of Epson
printers has much better repeatability than previous generations.
