Hello Steven!
As I know, there is no way to load icc profile in ColorLab.
But you can evaluate your profile with it in a such way (it's as an example,
variations also possible):
1. Cut off RGB ASCII measurings from profile, or save them from Profiler
software, if it's possible. (In case it's not possible - you can create
ASCII measurings by open RGB Scan TIFF in ColorLab, convert it to Text while
defining width and height, then open and edit it in Excell to eliminate
convertion/averaging errors).
2. Load it to ColorLab, convert it from Scanner RGB to Lab D50 and save as
ASCII.
3. Get ASCII Reference file for the target (in Lab) and compare theese two
files in GretagMacbeth Measuring Tool.
